Compar is an authorized parts and service depot for most of the products we carry. We maintain complete service facilities for integrated circuit level repair staffed with highly qualified factory trained technicians. The Compar service facilities are located adjacent to our offices in Minnetonka, MN. We strive to maintain a 48 -hour turn around time on all products we service. We offer on-site technical support services and function as a carry-in service depot. Our staff is qualified to provide system installation services and technical support training to system users.

We offer a number of service maintenance agreements available to suit your individual needs and protect your investment. Ask about our "QUICK-SERV", and alternative service maintenance agreement designed to provide the most in customer service.

Hardware service and maintenance programs - Compar’s hardware service and maintenance programs are designed to maintain and support hardware throughout the product lifecycle. Utilizing both the manufacturer’s warranty programs, and customized contract maintenance and support programs, the Compar Service Group provides the broadest range of service and support options available.
 
 
           
 
 
On-site service and repair - On-site service and repair programs provide rapid response, reduce potential downtime, and eliminate potential logistics concerns. Customers deal with a dedicated service rep, a single point of contact for all service related items.  
 
 
 
 
 
Local pickup and delivery - local pickup and delivery eliminates shipping and freight cost, increases delivery response times, eliminates logistics problems including lost or misplaced packages, and eliminates shipping and handling damage.
 
 
 
 
 
Re-imaging services - restore to original image load. Re-imaging service restores the hard drive disk image to original image load, either factory load, or “Gold” customer image. Re-imaging service is included on all warranty service repairs and all service repairs covered by a service and support contract.
 
 
 
 
 
Notebook/laptop maintenance and service - Compar is a full line ASP for HP, Lenovo/IBM, and Toshiba, servicing mobile platforms as well as traditional desktop computers and servers. As a regional service depot providing notebook/laptop service and repair, the Compar Service Group is nationally recognized for quality and customer service. 
 
 
 
 
 
Data backup and recovery - from simple disk backup and restore, to full emergency disaster data recovery. Compar partners with Lenovo/IBM, HP, and On-Track providing a broad range of backup and recovery options.
 
 
 
 
 
NEC, HP, and Lenovo/IBM monitor service and exchange program - Compar offers our customers the ability to quick swap defective NEC and Lenovo/IBM monitors, both CRT’s and LCD’s. The speed and flexibility of these programs provides a significant benefit to Compar customers by shortening downtime and reducing support costs.
